Head Chef at The Wellington Hotel, Stephen Marsh, will be one of the chefs demonstrating their superb cooking skills at the Festival. On the Wellington stand in the food hall, other chefs from the Wellington Kitchen will be preparing taster pots of Stephen’s dish. Throughout the Festival, the dish will also feature on the menu at the Hotel bar and restaurant.
