Berrio Mill Foods
We are passionate about our honey which we take from bees which forage along the Lynher Valley in Cornwall. Using honey as a natural source of sweetness, we make a range of mustards. We also make jellies, chutneys, jams, preserves, and marmalades. All are hand crafted in small batches (usually 20-25 jars) at Berrio Mill with as many Cornish ingredients as we can find.

Cornish Country Cordials
Cornish Country Cordials are made in the heart of the beautiful and historic Tamar Valley, right on the border with Devon. The apples are collected from surrounding gardens and orchards, then pressed on site and gently pasteurised in our kitchen so the ready-to-drink juices retain all their freshness and flavour. Our cordials are based on flowers, fruits and herbs and are made with NO artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners and are also carefully pasteurised to extend their shelf life – dilute them to taste for refreshing summer or soothing winter drinks, or drizzle neat over ice cream, pancakes and steamed puddings.
Cornish Sea Salt
Hand-harvested just eight metres from the clearest Grade A classified waters -
the highest to denote water purity - our pure, brilliantly white flaky sea salt crystals melt in the mouth and add a real flavour intensity to every dish.
Cornish Sea Salt retains over sixty naturally occurring trace elements essential for wellbeing and delivers more taste for less salt, making it a tastier and healthier alternative to traditional table salt.
