Russell Brown

Russell Brown is Chef proprietor at Sienna Restaurant in Dorchester, Dorset. Opened in 2003 with his wife Eléna, Sienna is a small High Street restaurant serving modern British food characterised by its high quality produce, seasonality and attention to detail across the whole menu.

Russell has held 3 AA rosettes at Sienna since 2007 and a Michelin Star since 2010. Sienna is currently Dorset's only Michelin star restaurant.

Russell is a Fellow of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a committee member for the Chefs Forum Dorset.

Russell also has a number of roles outside the kitchen including consultancy work, demonstrations and writing.
