Kit Davis has worked in a number of fantastic restaurants in London, Australia and Cornwall. These include Bibendum (Simon Hopkinson), Kensington Place( Rowley Leigh ), The Brackenbury (April Bloomfield) and Cotto (James Kirby). These amazing chefs have given him the focus, drive,creativity and discipline which he has now brought to The Wellington Hotel.
As Kit says: “My ethos on food is to keep it simple and local.
Kit’s style will be Modern European with a strong emphasis on French classic cooking.
Kit is still learning and looking for new produce and ideas, with his recent stint at the One Michelin L’Ortolan and more stages in the pipeline Kit is looking to bring his experience to the Boscastle Food Festival.
